Gilde Equity Management joins insurance joint venture Licent Group

CORP. advised Gilde Equity Management on its entry into Licent Group, a joint venture in which 16 independent insurance firms are united. The merger creates one new company with a top 25 position in the Netherlands, thirty branches and more than 300 employees. Private equity firm Gilde Equity Management has become a shareholder to support the realization of growth ambitions.
