Max Oosterom

Max Oosterom specializes in the corporate law transaction practice. He mainly focuses on buy-outs, financing rounds, acquisitions and joint ventures. Max has been a lawyer since 2019 and previously worked for a major international law firm in Amsterdam.
Max graduated with honor from the post-graduate course Mergers & acquisitions: law, finance and skills at VU University Amsterdam.
