Paul is a partner at CORP. and lawyer since 1996. He specializes in private equity and venture capital transactions, including financing rounds and buyouts. He also supervises (inter)national mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. His clients include private equity houses, venture capitalists and management teams. Paul worked for leading firms until founding CORP in 2006.
