Silver Care acquires Well Fair

CORP. assisted Silver Care, a Dutch company focused on direct-to-consumer platform that offers solutions to the elderly and a portfolio company of Vendis Capital, has acquired Well-Fair Holding, a Dutch company for beds for seniors. With the acquisition of Well-Fair, Meubelzorg adds two new categories to the range of products that allow elderly people to live at home longer: senior beds and wellness products.
