Smile Invest has acquired a majority stake in Tenten Solar

We advised Smile Invest, a Dutch private equity firm, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Tenten Solar, a Netherlands-based company specialized in the sale and installation of solar panel systems for housing associations, consumers and businesses.
