Aniek Jansen

Aniek Jansen is a practicing attorney since 2015 and specializes in employment law. She advises on and is involved in litigation regarding various employment law issues, such as collective and individual dismissal, reorganisations, employee consultation rights, Collective Labour Agreements (‘CLAs’), cross-border employment, secondment and employment law aspects of merger- and acquisition agreements and management buy-outs. In 2020 Aniek successfully completed the post-graduate course on employment law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Aniek is a member of the Association of Young Employment Law Lawyers (VJAA), the Association for Employment Lawyers in the Netherlands (VAAN) and of the Assocation of Art Culture Law (VKR). Aniek previously worked at NautaDutilh.
