We advise and litigate on employment law related to company law, such as reorganisations (collective dismissal), employee participation processes (both for entrepreneurs and for (central) works councils), collective labor agreement issues, dismissal of directors (both from the perspective of shareholders and the director) and transfer of undertaking (TUPE).
Of course we also assist our clients with the regular employment law themes n companies, such as summary dismissal, illness, or (serious) culpable acts and unilateral adjustment of employment conditions.
We mainly represent employers, mostly medium or large companies. Our working method is solution and result-oriented, creative and service-oriented. We generally build a long-term relationship of trust with our clients. In this way we get to know their company through and through, which ensures well-thought-out employment law advice.
